First, choose the experience you want to book. Click to “Book Now” button and select the date and group or private options. Book your activity on by clicking the calendar date. Dates in green mean activity places are still available, while dates in grey are no longer available. Click on the date you wish to book and select the time.
On the following window, choose the number of adults travelling, and fill the “Contact Information”, please write your mobile number with country code. Next, answer the questions such as pickup details and your language.
Once you finish your reservation our tour manager will contact you as soon as possible and give you information regarding to pick up or meeting time

3. Enjoy your experience
Once you've secured your spot and made your plans, you're all set! There isn't much else to do besides have a great time (or start the search for your great adventure).
Do i need to pay deposit?
No deposit is required, however you are making payment in amount of one (1) dollar with your authorized credit card at the time of making your reservation. This payment is only to validate your credit card. Thus, it avoids any possible spam reservation requests and gives us better backround to serve our guests thoroughly.
Pickup time & Meeting point
Where is the meeting point of the tours?
Our meeting point is named "Gosha Gala Gapisi" which is the main entrance of old city. Our guide will be waiting for the guests with the sign of Baku City Tours logo.
Pick up and drop off
We pick up all guests from any location around city center of Baku (apprx 15 km from Gosha Gala Gapisi). For the guests who are staying in
We don't pick up the guests who are staying at Fountain Square or old City territory which is maximum 10 minute walking distance to our meeting point

How can i make changes to my reservation?

How can i cancel the reservation?
To cancel a booking, You can go to the link in your booking confirmation email, or You can contact us directly via email or phone so that we can assist you. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the activity’s cancellation policy.
When can I cancel a booking?
Cancellation charges vary for each product and are listed on the product pages, under the “Book Now” button for your reference. Usually, cancellation policy is:
- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.
